A Flying Start for CICCWORLD

CICCWORLD the interactive learning company are delighted to have secured a contract with Light Planes Lancs Ltd (LPL).

LPL, known locally as Barton Aerodrome is home to Lancashire Aero Club (LAC), which was established in 1922 and is the oldest (and leading) active flying club in
the UK.

Tracy Williams, Admin/Finance Manager of LPL commented: "The CICCWORLD system has helped us implement a workable credit policy. The personal assessment module focuses training upon areas of most need, which has speeded up the individual learning process and my team have gained up-to-date training and technique from the e-learning centre. Since adopting the system in April 2004 we have dramatically reduced our DSO at 31 July by 17 days for LPL and a massive 43 ½ days for LAC! This system has given us the confidence to actively chase debt, even before debt is due, therefore unearthing and resolving any problems prior to due dates. This in turn creates better cash-flow, maintains profitability and creates better relationships with our clients, enhancing our Customer Focus. It is also nice to know that Darren is at the end of a telephone should further advice / information be needed. Thank-you Darren and the CICCWORLD team!"

Darren Allardyce, CICCWORLD's Chief Executive commented, "I am pleased to welcome LPL to our client base and delighted that the CICCWORLD system has had such an impact. I?m positive that our online receivables management service will provide the understanding and confidence required to sustain success and make a real and continued impact to both the DSO and profits of the business. My special thanks go to LACs professional advisors Haslam Tunstall Accountants of Warrington for introducing us, they have proved great advocates of our interactive learning services."
